How to install TWRP on Tecno Camon 12 Air CC6

There are three steps in installing TWRP on Tecno Camon 12 Air: unlocking the device bootloader, flashing TWRP using adb or smartphone flash tool and disabling force encryption on Tecno Camon 12 Air CC6.
