Whats is UxThemePatcher?
UxThemePatcher is a free Windows customization software that is used to patch Windows 10 theme signature requirements to enable Windows 10 theme customization. It modifies your system files and lets you install custom/third-party themes on your Windows 10 PC.

How to use UxThemePatcher to Patch your Windows 10
Before you patch your Windows 10 file with UxThemePatcher, create a System Restore Point (very important). Also, some antivirus programs may give flags or warnings when you try to run the Windows 10 UxThemepatcher software, simply disable real-time protection to safely installs the software.
Once that is done, run the patcher as administrator and hit install. After installation, reboot your PC and run the software again to confirm that your Windows 10 has been patched. If not, you’ll first have to take ownership of the two files shown in the above screenshot and then run the software again, then, reboot.
